Everyone learns at a different rate so all of my driving lessons are structured to suit your ability and experience, to give safe and effective progress right through to your test.

I’m Elaine Tilston, a driving instructor based in Barrow in Furness. I am a fully qualified female DSA Approved Driving Instructor, committed to teaching you to drive in a professional, patient and friendly manner.

During my lessons you will learn to drive on different types of roads and in different conditions to help you become a safe and confident driver for life.

I currently give driving lessons in a new manual Renault Clio, which has the top NCAP 5 rating and is dual controlled for your safety.
